Shipping policy
AlexVuSupply will have all orders shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. However this may vary depending on special times and national holidays. All orders will be shipped in the order they were received.
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation and also another email providing the tracking information once the order is processed and shipped. Once the package ships out of our facility, please keep track of the package with the provided tracking number. Once the tracking information shows as "delivered" to the buyer's provided shipping address, we are not liable for any missing packages. In any case where the package goes missing, please check any areas where the package may be hidden or if any neighbors may have it. If the package is still missing, the buyer must contact the local carrier to file a stolen package claim and/or file a police report.
We are not responsible for returned/lost package if wrong address was provided by customer, no refund will be issued. Customer must pay shipping cost if you want us to re-send you your items. Please remember to include correct apartment number/suite number …
No shipping address corrections after the order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for returned package if there was no one to receive the package at delivery. You must pay shipping cost again to receive you package with correct address provided.
If shipping address is business address, please track your package regularly with provided tracking number. You package might be in your mailbox/parcel locker. If there is no one to pick up the package, it will be sent back to sender. Buyer must pay shipping cost one more time for us to re-send the package.
